The i.MX 6UltraLite is a family of high-performance, ultra-efficient processors powered by Freescale's advanced single-core ARM Cortex®-A7 that can run at speeds up to 528 MHz. The i.MX 6UltraLite includes an integrated power management module that reduces the complexity of external power supplies and simplifies power-on timing. Each processor in this family offers a variety of memory interfaces, including LPDDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, NAND flash, NOR Flash, eMMC, Quad SPI.
