I am Philip Chen, from Shenzhen, China, born in 1982. At the beginning of China's reform and opening up, household appliances were very rare and valuable. My father is a home appliance repair technician. Since I was young, I have been in contact with TV sets, radios, washing machines, electric fans, VCRs, VCDs, etc. I like these novel electronic products very much. Whenever my father was repairing these electrical appliances, I would always watch and study. Gradually I became an electronic product enthusiast, and I also realized what is called integrated circuit, transistor, rectifier, capacitor, resistor, inductor, sensor, switch, fuse, connector, LED.
From 2003 to 2006, I worked in two US-owned companies, and the product lines I was responsible for included ADI(Analog Devices Inc.), TI( Texas Instruments ), STM( STMicroelectronics ), Maxim Integrated, Microchip Technology, VISHAY, Murata, TDK, AVX, Samsung, YAGEO, Littelfuse, Molex, etc.
During my work, I found that many customers have rapid demand for small and medium quantities and samples, and agents cannot provide small and medium quantities and samples in stock. At the request of a large number of customers, I established Chipmall Electronics Limited in Hong Kong in March 2006, specializing in providing supporting services for small and medium quantities and samples of electronic components.
