The HT73XX is a family of 3-pin low power cmos voltage regulator with high maximum input voltage. The devices have a typical quiescent current of only 4 μA and a maximum allowable input voltage of 12 V. Even at high output currents, the devices provide a low output voltage drop.
The HT7333 (ht7333, ht7333-1 etc) consists of a high precision voltage reference, override circuit and an output current limiter. They are available in factory-set output voltages ranging from 1.8 to 5.0 V (for example - ht7333 3.3 v voltage regulator). CMOS stabilizer technology guarantees low output voltage drop and ultra-low current consumption. Despite the fact that the devices are designed as stabilizers with a fixed output voltage, together with additional components on their basis, adjustable voltage and current sources can be made.
