The use of the resistor must be carefully checked, because it has many problems that require our attention, especially before we use it. The resistor products need to be inspected in strict accordance with the requirements, especially with regard to the performance of the product, we can use a multimeter to check whether its performance is consistent with the actual resistance value measured.

Resistors need to pay attention to these three points before applying:

First: Determine the range according to the measured resistance value, so that the pointer indicates the middle section of the scale line, so that it is easy to observe;

Second: After we determine the resistance range through inspection, we need to adjust the zero. The method is to short-circuit the two meter pens (directly touch), and adjust the "zeroing" electrical appliance so that the pointer accurately points to "0" on the Ω scale line Then measure the resistance of the resistor;

Third: Do not touch the two ends of the resistor or the metal part of the test lead when inspecting the resistor. Otherwise it will cause test errors;

We are sloppy in our daily inspections. If we are not careful, things will happen and cause unnecessary losses to us. This should not happen.
