According to local media reports, IRBIS-4.0 helicopter drones with the ability to monitor various objects and deliver cargo weighing up to seven kilograms are manufactured, assembled and undergo control tests on the basis of the SC Tech LLP assembly and testing enterprise. Previously, this company designed and built aerial targets and aircraft-type drones for training and education of air defense troops.
The new helicopter drones are planned to be used not only to deliver small cargoes to hard-to-reach areas, but also for environmental monitoring, tracking the scale and consequences of emergencies, inspections of construction sites and enterprises of the oil and gas, mining and electric power complexes. The manufacturer has already supplied the first two IRBIS-4.0 drones to the military-industrial complex of its country.
Earlier, iot.ru wrote that Aeromax became a co-owner of the ABC company that developed unmanned helicopters. This transaction is designed to increase the role of companies in the field of logistics.
