Angstrem JSC has completed the development and testing cycle of a new series of digital-to-analog converters (DAC) 5023HA for a wide range of applications.
A series of 4-channel 12-bit digital-to-analog converters 5023HA03 and 5023HA04 is designed to replace the widely used imported DAC8412, DAC8413 microcircuits manufactured by AnalogDevices, USA.Domestic microcircuits are not inferior in their parameters to imported counterparts, they are produced in two types of ceramic-metal cases - H09.28-1V and 4183.28-5K. The main technical characteristics of the 5023HA03 and 5023HA04 series:
1.Single supply voltage from 5 V
2.Bipolar supply voltage from 5 V to 15 V
3.Scale zero offset error, no more than 2.5 EMP
4.Full scale error, no more than 2.5 EMP
5.Buffered output voltage
6.Double buffered inputs
7.Reset to zero scale or to the middle of the scale
8.Short access time to the data bus
9.Readbac
A series of 8-bit DACs 5023HA024 and 5023HA025 is a functional analogue of imported DAC0808 (National Semiconductor, USA) and MC1508 (NXP Semiconductors, Netherlands) microcircuits. Microcircuits are produced in two versions of the package - 5023HA025 in a 16-lead ceramic-metal package H04.16-1B, 5023HA024 in a metal-polymer package SO-16 (4307.16-A). DAC 5023HA024 and 5023HA025 are designed for use in a wide class of equipment, both civil and space purposes, can be used in on-board equipment of spacecraft and launch vehicles.
The 5023HA024 and 5023HA025 have low power consumption, TTL and CMOS compatible digital inputs, and high slew rate. The main technical characteristics of the 5023HA024 and 5023HA025 series
1.Supply voltage positive +5 V
2.Supply voltage negative from -5 V to -15 V
3.Current consumption from sources UCC1 and UCC2 no more than |8| mA
4.Relative error ±0.17%
5.Settling time 360 ns
6.Signal propagation delay time, no more than 100 ns
7.Switching time 150 ns
8.Output slew rate 8 mA/µs
9.TTL and CMOS compatible digital inputs
