A1104EUA-T Programmable Unipolar Hall Digital Switch

A1104EUA-T is produced using BiCMOS technology, and related devices have the advantages of fast power-up and low operating noise. Device programming is performed after packaging, which can eliminate the offset caused by packaging stress, thereby ensuring higher switching point accuracy. The unique geometry of the Hall element and low-offset amplifier help reduce noise and reduce the residual offset voltage that is usually caused by device overmolding, temperature surges, and thermal stress.

A1104EUA-T contains the following components in a single silicon chip: voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger and NMOS output transistor; integrated voltage regulator allows operation between 3.8 to 24 volts ;Extending the on-board protection circuit makes it possible to have an absolute maximum voltage rating of ±30 volts, so there is no need to add external components to provide super protection for automotive and industrial motor rectification applications.
